Amazon marketplace support

Work through the account, listing and operational questions behind an Amazon store.

Support for the work inside Seller Central

Amazon can be one part of a wider ecommerce business. Account setup, product information and fulfillment choices need to fit the products you sell and the team doing the work.

OBVS draws on team experience with Amazon to help you understand the issue and work through an agreed scope. We start with the account or listing problem rather than a promise of higher rankings or guaranteed sales.

What support can cover

  • Account and setup review: identify the requirements and settings relevant to the task.
  • Listing review: examine how the product is described and identify information or presentation changes within your control.
  • Fulfillment decisions: compare the operational implications of available fulfillment options for your business.
  • Next-step handoff: distinguish work OBVS can perform from actions the account owner or Amazon must handle.

The work depends on account access, product category and Amazon’s current requirements. Account approval, enforcement decisions and marketplace performance remain outside a service provider’s control. OBVS does not provide warehousing or order fulfillment.

Where the experience comes from

In our pet ecommerce project, our internal ecommerce project, we tested Amazon alongside a direct store, email and other advertising channels. That work informs our understanding of a marketplace as one part of a customer journey.

Our wider marketplace and commerce platform support covers the relationship between channels. A project example is not a guarantee that the same approach will suit a different account.

Start with a specific issue

Tell us the product category, the stage of your account and the issue you want to resolve. Share a public listing when possible; leave passwords and private customer data out of the initial message.
